Online Learning System (OLS) of University of Phoenix operates with the help of e-mail and newsgroups that are utilized for delivering course content and interaction. Through two interfaces such as Outlook Express (OE) and Outlook Web Access (OWA), the OLS can be accessed. A Web version of the Outlook® Express (OE) interface is Web Access, which is available through the Student Web site. With Internet access, it can be accessed from any computer. Students will see the same e-mail and news messages that they see in Outlook Express in the OWA interface.

Students can login at ecampus.phoenix.edu by entering their username and password then clicking on “login” option. If they have forgotten their username and password then click on “forgot username/password” option, tick mark on one of the options such as ‘I forgot my username’, ‘I forgot my password’, or ‘I forgot my username and password’.
New students can go for registration by clicking on ‘New to campus? Sign up here’ link. Enter user name [but students can not use their Social Security number and/or PIN as a User Login Name. An all-numeric User Login Name will not be valid. Use 6 to 20 characters, alpha/numeric (e.g. johndoe1). Important: Your user login name will be used as the prefix of your University issued email account (i.e. johndoe1@email.phoenix.edu), password (Use 7 to 16 characters, alpha/numeric), birth date, Email ID, Individual record number (IRN is a number between 5 and 10 digits that was automatically generated by its system upon students’ admission to the University of Phoenix as a student and/or faculty member. Do not use spaces or dashes when entering your IRN)], select the challenge question from drop down menu and answer it then click on “register” menu.
Important thing for New User Registration at University of Phoenix Student Web portal
- The User Login Name you previously used for the Online Collection, Proficiency Assessment Site, or other program site is no longer valid.
- If you have problems creating a new User Login Name, then it may already be in use. Please repeat the registration process using a different User Login Name.
- If you have already registered in Applyweb, then there is no need to register again.
- If you have forgotten your password, then please reset your password.
- Students cannot use their Social Security number and/or PIN as a User Login Name.
- An all numeric User Login Name will not be valid.
