In addition, there are also 72 shopping centers operated by the company, 56 of them contain an Ingles supermarket, and owns 92 additional properties which contain a free-standing Ingles store, as well as 12 undeveloped sites appropriate for a free-standing store.

Ingles, operates 193 supermarkets under the same name, and 7 supermarkets under the name Sav-Mor with locations in western North Carolina, western South Carolina, northern Georgia, eastern Tennessee, southwestern Virginia and northeastern Alabama. The company operated 69 pharmacies and 66 fuel stations, as of September 26, 2009. The Company operates fuel stations at 66 of its store locations. Ingles bakery offers a range of baked goods and self-service selections.
