For Vodafone services, My Vodafone is your one-stop shop which allows you to view and pay your bill online. Enter you username and password and simply log on and select 'My Account' to view or pay. You can also register there, if you don’t have account. Payment is quick and easy. Plus My Vodafone allows you to manage your account online anytime - check your balance, change your details, manage your handset and more.

Month to Month and Contract Customers (Personal and Business) will incur charges for the following types of payment from 10th March 2009:

• Payments via Visa, MasterCard, American Express = 1% + GST
• Payments via Diner Club = 2% + GST
• Payments at Australia Post = $1.50 + GST per transaction

Prepaid customers will be able to access the following:

• Call records – you can see call record information for the past 2 months.
• Recharge history details – For the past 3 months, view your recharge
• Remaining Free TXT and Free Airtime.
• Call details - (a detailed list of previous made in the past 2 months, subject to a 24 hour delay).
• Account balance - this information will be updated every 15 minutes

Note: you will be got Prepaid call details for the past 2 months and recharge history for the past three months only online at My Account.

Contract and Month to Month customers will be able to access the following:

• Plan and Entitlements - View which Plan you are on as well as relevant entitlements.
• Bill History - View your frequently called numbers or longest calls. Calls made during peak or off-peak times.
• Current Bill (Bill Summary) - A full copy of the Bill, including call details is available. The Account Summary is available on page 1 of the Current Bill. This, includes previous amount due, payments received, billing history and more.
• Pay My Bill - Allows you to pay your bill by credit card online.
• Call Details - Provides a detailed list of calls made in a particular month. The past two months of Call Details is available to view.
• Payment History - Select to view payments from the previous month, six months, year or all.
• Auto Payment - Located in the My Payment Details Menu. Allows view and modify your automatic payment options.
• Change My Details - Allows you to change your billing details, including your postal address.
• Change Bill Type - Located in the My Payment Details Menu. Allows you to select a bill receive option. E.g. Paper Bill or online.

Do you want to view or check your account balance? You can check how much credit you have used and have left behind. Vodafone consumers can check their account monthly balance in three ways. You are allowed by Vodafone to do this online, via TXT and your mobile phone.

How to change/update your email address for email bill

You must have to provide a valid email address to Vodafone. You must tell Vodafone Australia, if your email address changes or it is interrupted resulting in you being unable to access it through public or private facilities. Through the MyVodafone.com.au > My Payment Details or by calling 1555 or 1300 650 410, you can update your email address details.

What happens if your email bill is not received?

Customers will be sent a txt notifying them that their bill is available to view at MyVodafone, in the case of an undelivered Email Bill. To confirm your email details, you will be also advised to contact Vodafone. Vodafone@cxn1.com is for checking the email address.

Can I print the Email Bill and take to Post Office for payment?

May be, this question is also raised in your mind! Anyway, Yes!!! Still, Email Bill will include a barcode to support Post Office payments.
