I agree there is NO MY PRODUCTS at the top left of this page like it says, just another way to shaft the working people. I paid for the 2 year plain on my kids xbox 360 and the red ring showed up and system stopped working 9 months in and I lost my receipt but found it 8 months later and now I have 2 months to figure out this crap so I don't get shafted by WAL MART AGAIN!!! GOOD LUCK EVERYONE THAT DEALS WITH WAL MART
