But now, only one step at Chase.com can lead them to all the activities on their accounts. If consumers want to check their account, then they need to click the account name they want to check or click the button “activities”, then they will be able to see a green “Statements” link which will show the transaction report of their account.
For logging into Washington Mutual bank, visit Wamu.com, you will see two options, first option is for you to update your site bookmark for WaMu to the Chase Online URL, and the second is a direct link to Chase. Enter your old user ID and password. If you had originally set up an online account with WaMu, then you can sign in using the same username and password. Click on the "Customer Center" tab, you will be automatically directed to "My Accounts" after successfully logged in. You will see tabs for "Payments & Transfers," "Products & Services" and "Customer Center" at the top of the screen. Select the last option and click on the "Change User ID" option. Search for this option in the middle of the screen under the section "My Profile." Enter new ID you would like. The system will automatically check to see if it is available. If it is accessible, then you will be prompted to ensure you want to change your username. Click "Yes" to complete the process.
