For commercial and industrial customers, they provide natural gas along with related energy management services.
CenterPoint Energy also serves harmless and consistent electric service to their customers. It delivers electricity over 2 million customers in a 5,000-square-mile area around Houston, regardless of who owns the power plants, or the name on the bill. The two largest natural gas pipelines in the mid-continent United States are formed by CenterPoint Energy Gas Transmission (CEGT) Company and CenterPoint Energy-Mississippi River Transmission (MRT) Corporation. CenterPoint Energy also serves Field Services (CEFS) which provides gathering, processing, treating and administrative services to producers throughout the mid-continent region of the United States. CEFS has over 196,000 horsepower of compression which operates around 3,600 miles of assembly pipelines that is linked with thousands of wells, transports about 1.3 Bcf per day and treats and processes natural gas at 13 plants.
CenterPoint Energy provides online bill in place of providing paper bill via mail. You will get your bill each month in your ID. You have to enter your bill amount and it will automatically withdraw from your Automatic Bank Draft. No enrollment, monthly processing or transaction fees are applicable. You will receive paper bill as well as online bill for three months only after that you will receive bill notification only by e-mail, including a direct link to our Web site.
If you want to pay online bill, for that you have to register yourself in the official website of the CenterPoint Energy. For register, you have to enter the account number and Billing / Mailing Date from your most recent bill. After that, enter your e-mail address and name. Then, write your password whichever you like. Now, select a security question and give your own answer. Lastly, press ‘register’ button. If you are already register in the CenterPoint Energy website and want to login in your account for that, you have to write your user name and password then press ‘login’ button. If you have forgotten your password or user ID then click on ‘Retrieve your password now’ or ‘ Retrieve your User ID now’ button respectively.
If you want to view your bill for that you have to login in My Account and select View under Online Billing or the ‘Pay’ button. You will see the basic bill information including due date and total amount due. You can also review all account transactions for up to the past 13 months by selecting Account Transaction History from the left-hand navigation. You also can view your bill by selecting ‘View’ under Recent Bill on the Account Detail page, view the itemized detail on your current bill by choosing the Bill Detail tab, Review online bills and payment records for up to the past 13 months by selecting Online Bill and Payment History, View and print a replica of your detailed bill or useful information from the back of your bill by choosing the Print Bill tab, review online bills and payment records for up to the past 13 months by selecting Online Bill and Payment History.
