Electronic Questionnaires for Investigations Processing (e-QIP):
You have to provide golden questions to uniquely identify yourself because these Golden Questions help the e-QIP system to verify your identity. On the e-QIP system, by creating a combination of Golden Questions, you are assured that no one (including parents, spouses, and close friends) can impersonate you because only you can possibly know all of the correct answers. This system suggests you to create questions, which are concerning different time periods in your life.
When you select set of your golden questions/answers then enter each question under a "Question" header and enter the corresponding Answer under the "Answer" header directly under that question. You must provide three golden questions and you have to protect the answers to your Golden Questions because these answers are work as your password to the e-QIP system. For Golden Answers, the text entry fields are not password protected so you have to enter more accurate answer. You can view your answers by clicking the "Allow me to see my Golden Answers" checkbox. If someone acquires your answers, they logon to the e-QIP system under your identity, so when some one saw your answers then you can change your personal data.
