How Wells Fargo PayCard works:

You can receive net pay as a value load to an ATM/Visa payment card. Each payday, your funds are credited to your Wells Fargo PayCard account electronically which allows easy access to pay.

When employees sign a receipt for the purchases they make, there is no charge for using the card. But at a purchase if they use their PIN then, the fee is $1.00 per transaction, which is cut from the card’s balance. If employees use an ATM owned by Wells Fargo then they get one free ATM withdrawal per pay period and after that each ATM transaction is cost at $1.50.
