Here comes…India’s cheapest Android Ice Cream Sandwich Tablet. Zync, a company belonging to Apple Group situated at Noida launched India’s first Google Android 4.0 ICS tablet Zync Z990, which is priced at only Rs 8,990. Zync is the second company of India after Pantel to make tablet PC for the Govt. run BSNL. Government of India released Aakash tablet at a very cheap price so that it can be used comfortably by every student, businessman and other citizen of India regardless of price. But, the tablet is not packed with all the features that are contained in Android tablet. So, Zync will be more preferable as compared to Aakash tablet if its Android feature is considered.

Zync Z990 is packed with many impressive features. In this device, 1.2 GHz processor is paired with 1 GB of RAM which can assure high-end performance. 4 GB of internal memory is constructed in the tablet, which is expandable up to 32 GB using the microSD slot. This tablet has unique attractive 7 inch capacitive screen bearing 800 x 480 pixels and allows the user to use all the 5 fingers at a time with five points touch feature. The TFT Capacitive Touchscreen of the tablet is decorated with Gyro Sensor, Accelerometer, G-sensor and 4-way Auto rotation.
Zync Z990 is obtainable with additional useful tools such as pouch, screen guard and a Lycra sleeve along with standard USB cable and a charger. Zynch Z-990 has 0.3MP front facing camera along with connectivity features. Zync Z-990 supports USB 2.0, Wi-Fi, HDMI port and 3G USB dongles. The standard Li-ion battery of 3,600 mAh is availed with the device for more work accuracy.
It is India’s first tablet that contains features like new camera potentials, new user interface, new lock action, control over data usage as well as new gallery applications with photo editor. The tab has a Menu button; Escape button and Speaker on the back. The design of Z990 is like the previous models of Zync namely Z900, Z909 and Z999. The tablet is made up of plastic matte, which provides the comfort to hold it.

The Chairman of Apple Group, Ashish Garg said that Zync Z990 is the first tablet of India that holds some new outstanding features that are not found in Indian tablets like control over data usage, new lock action, five point touch, new user interface, etc. Zync is also facilitated with an especially designed keyboard available at very affordable price.
