“Give Up Robot” also called Wake Up, Robot, which is another addictive puzzle game from AdultSwim. Matt Thorson designed this swinging and grappling platformer game to punish players in as many different ways as possible.
“Give Up Robot” is 50 level game and very challenging physics game, through 50 levels of puzzle-platforming disco insanity, players have to dance, jump, grapple, and swing their way. With a grappling hook and a stoic tenacity, Players control a unicycling, pixellated robot, who must traverse elaborate gauntlets at the behest of a fractured, highly vocal, passive-aggressive computer overseer.Players can move and jump with the help of arrow keys, and deploy their grappling hook by pressing and holding [A] or [Z]. The hook will release by Releasing [A] or [Z], and players can rock back and forth by moving left and right, or tighten or loosen the slack of their grappling line by moving up or down. On to any surface, players can grip safely, but as the glowy, disco-colored blocks are secure to touch directly, the evenly glowy, fire-colored blocks and the spinny, bladey gizmos are hazardous to Robot. From one side of the screen to the other, Pilot Robot go to the next level, and try to oppose the childish taunts of computer.
